Mr. Hirota frequently advises corporations on strategies to achieve the client’s business goals.

Midori K. Hirai’s passion has always been words, concepts, and ideas. This passion led her to obtain a Certificate in Intellectual Property at the University of San Francisco School of Law, in addition to her Juris Doctorate. For her Certificate, Ms. Hirai focused specifically on emerging issues in the copyright and trademark protection, including the recent developments in fair use.
Eriko Doi plays a key role in supporting the attorneys at the Law Offices of Ryutaro Hirota by handling the day-to-day communication (in both Japanese and English) with clients and managing logistical tasks. After receiving her Juris Doctor degree from Kyushu University Law School, Ms. Doi worked as a translator at a consultant firm in Japan. Ms. Doi’s experience working in both Japan and the U.S. allows her to provide high-level Japanese-style customer services to the clients she serves.
